Carol Vorderman slipped into form-fitting sportswear as she set off on a 12-mile hike in Portugal on Sunday.
The presenter, 61, flew overseas to start 2022 on a health retreat and shared some snaps from her time there on Instagram.
Soaking up the view, Carol slipped into an orange as she revealed she had walked 70 miles over the past week.

Carol dressed up her curves in a black long sleeve top and blue leggings. She wore a pair of reflective sunglasses and had a baseball cap next to her to keep her in the shade during her walk.
She captioned the post: “Hello from Juicy Oasis Portugal where I am on top of the world”.
‘I walked 70 miles this week and now I’ve increased it to 12 miles a day…in my favorite trainers.

‘Lots of hot tubs and massages too…yesssssssss’ (sic).
It comes after Carol revealed earlier this month that she thought she had Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) due to “lack of sun exposure”.
The presenter speculated on Instagram that she may have suffered from SAD, a type of depression that comes and goes, because she had so little sunshine in December.

However, the Countdown star was clearly in good spirits in the clip as she recounted how she was back home in Wales for a few days.
She said: ‘I hope you are well my loves. I feel like a new woman. I think I had this seasonal affect disorder, you know SAD, because of the lack of light because there was never any light in December.
‘Anyway, a few days in Wales, boom! She is back.’
SAD is sometimes known as a “winter depression” becomes the symptoms are often more noticeable at this time.
Symptoms of SAD include a persistent low mood, loss of pleasure in daily activities, and feeling lethargic and drowsy during the day.
