If you’re wondering how Louise achieves her enviable abs, HELLO! previously spoke to her personal trainer, Bradley Simmons, who said the former pop star does three to four workouts a week when she trains the hardest.

“She loved boxing, she loved the high intensity stuff, and she loved finishing her workout with core,” Bradley explained.

Louise maintains her figure with regular workouts

“She loved a good full body workout, sweating it out and getting those endorphins post workout. All of my celebrity clients and current clients love full body workouts, which is my workout style.

“Some people just want to focus on strength training so I can fit in with anyone, but the majority of people like to sweat it out and feel bloated after their workout.”
