Mouni Roy and Rashami Desai in chic dresses show why nothing can be the new black

This time it’s Mouni Roy and Rashami Desai giving us weekend party goals in their monochromatic black looks. Mouni in LBD and Rashami in black dress create the right atmosphere for the weekend.

Mouni Roy and Rashami Desai hoist the high style meter

Mouni opted for a classic LBD with a dramatic collar and sleeve in white. Her short tube dress from clothing brand IKI Chic was form-fitting and accentuated her well-toned body. Leaving her silky mane loose, the actress wore her signature nude makeup with smokey eyes and matte nude lips. Mouni accessorized her look with a pair of strappy heels.

Rashami, meanwhile, wore a black tube dress by designer brand Aarushi Aggarwal. The cropped outfit had a dramatic sheer trail from the shoulder to the bottom. The floor-sweeping trail added glamor to the subtle outfit. Rashami opted for a studded silver bracelet and statement rings while wearing nude makeup.

Mouni Roy has always proven to be a real fashionista with her varied clothing choices and style. Her recent Instagram photo in a shimmering black lehenga captured many hearts. The dazzling lehenga had shimmering silver kali details and an elaborate flare. Mouni paired it with a sequin spaghetti strap crop top in black. Mouni is breathtaking in her ethnic attire.

Rashami Desai has never disappointed his fans during his public appearances. Her red carpet looks have always been highly regarded. Rashami wore a striking brocade sharara ensemble in purple by Gopi Vaid for Baba Siddiqui’s Iftar party and had us swooning. The jaw-dropping set had gold embroidery and embellishments with patterns all over it. The net dupatta also had border zari work. The actor paired the outfit with a pair of traditional hoop earrings and gold heels.

We are definitely going back to black, drawing inspiration from Rashami and Mouni.
